FLEA MARKET, DSLR CAMERA, 2025

The flea market series is a nostalgic series for me as me and my dad would always go when I was young, I find it interesting how it had an eerie feeling to it as a kid and now as a young adult it remained almost stuck in time. I really like this photo series because it made me go to an incredibly crowded space and the challenge would be to make the pictures feel empty. I would be patient and turn up my shutter speed for the right moment that people are out of frame.

NATURE, DSLR CAMERA, 2025

This series is similar to my LIMINAL series but instead I wanted to capture all the beauty I could with my camera, as nature is one of the things I am constantly thinking about. This series was particularly interesting to me because I would put myself in weird situations to get the right picture, whether that be pulling my car over on the side of the road and then running through a field to capture some geese, or driving through a snow storm to take pictures of people sledding.

LIMINAL SPACES, VARIETY CAMERAS, 2025

This series of liminal photos are my favorite that I have ever shot. Ever since I was a kid I would experiment with any type of technology I could get my hands on, take it apart, see everything it can do, anything. So when I became a photographer and began messing with cameras decades old, I was excited. I would mess with the contrast, the iso, and even see the ways a camera flash can mess with the photo more than putting something in focus.

THE LUCHADOR, DSLR, 2023

The Luchador is a project I am incredibly passionate about as it has to do with my ethnicity and connecting with it. I decided this photo series should be story driven and be a part of a short film (Imposter Syndrome) that I am currently making right now to fully explore this series. With this I thought about everything from the outfits, to the locations and the characters in these photos.
